Dark Roast | Brazil & Colombia | Espresso Blend
We set out to honor the espresso tradition with a blend that merges two of South America’s most revered origins: the volcanic slopes of Nariño, Colombia, and the sun-drenched hillsides of Carmo de Minas, Brazil.
Each component of this blend has a story. The Colombian beans are cultivated by smallholders in the shadow of the Galeras Volcano, where rich soils and high elevations create an elegant, sweet foundation. The Brazilian Yellow Bourbon brings its hallmark notes of chocolate and mild nuttiness, harvested from family farms that have perfected their craft over generations.
Together, these coffees are roasted to an espresso-level darkness that coaxes out their fullest expression: a bold, velvety cup with rich layers of dark chocolate and roasted almond. Every sip is full-bodied and smooth—a nod to the classic Italian espresso, reimagined through our relentless pursuit of quality and fresh roasting.
