Lionrush was founded by Martin, a biochemist with a passion for precision—and for coffee that actually makes you feel something.

Originally from Argentina, Martin came to the U.S. at 18 to dive deep into the sciences. After many years working with DNA in human genomics research, something shifted. In 2020, fueled by curiosity (and a ridiculous amount of caffeine), he built Lionrush from the ground up—roasting in small batches, sourcing exceptional beans, and developing functional blends designed to fuel clarity, focus, and performance.
