Question:“What's the minimum order to start?”
Wholesale accounts start at 10 lb (two 5 lb bags). Office accounts and capsule programs have separate minimums — we'll tell you exactly what applies to your business when you apply.
Question:“How fast do you ship?”
Orders received by Monday 10 AM are guaranteed same-week fulfillment, and most are fulfilled within 48 to 72 hours. After an order ships, Florida delivery is typically next-day and the rest of the continental US takes 2–3 business days.
Question:“Do you do private label?”
Yes, selectively. We accept a small number of private label projects each year — across whole bean, ground, capsules, sachets, cold brew, and RTD. The bar is high: we want projects that earn the roast and bring something genuine to market. Send us the brief; if it fits, we'll talk specifics.
Question:“Can you do custom roasts or blends?”
Yes. We R&D custom blends and roast profiles for accounts with sustained volume. We'll send sample roasts to dial in the cup you want, then lock the profile to your account.
Question:“What payment options do you offer?”
Credit card or ACH through the wholesale customer portal available.
Question:“Can I get samples before committing?”
Yes. Approved wholesale applications can get a sample pack.
Question:“Do you ship outside the US?”
Currently US-only. We've shipped private label internationally on case-by-case basis, but standard wholesale accounts are continental US. Reach out if you have an international need and we'll see what's possible.
