Return Conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new condition, with unopened and undamaged manufacturer's original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund the original shipping fees since those services have been provided.

At Lionrush, each coffee is freshly roasted to order, which means:

  • No Modifications or Cancellations: Once your order is placed, we can't change or cancel it due to our roasting schedule.

  • Mistake Made? If you've goofed up your order big time, shoot us an email at team@lionrushcoffee.com. If we catch it early in the roasting process, we'll bend over backwards to fix it for you.
  • Need to Change or Cancel? Email us ASAP at team@lionrushcoffee.com. We'll do our best to stop the process.

For Gear/Accessory Items:

  • Return and Reorder: Due to our fulfillment process, if you need to change something, the smoothest move is to return the item once received and place a new order.
