Lionrush was founded by Martin, a biochemist turned coffee roaster.
Originally from Argentina, Martin ventured to the US at 18 to delve into the sciences. His career in DNA sequencing at the Hussman Institute for Human Genomics spanned almost a decade, until the pivotal year of 2020 when Martin's passion for coffee stirred to life.
